That’s right, chicken, ribs, wings, or steak... whatever your taste buds desire.

BBQ Dry Rub
- 1/3cup packed light or dark brown sugar
- 1 1/2tsp salt
- 1tbsp onion powder
- 1tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 1/2tsp chipotle powder (if you need to tone down the heat, adjust to ½ tsp-1tsp) add the remaining measurement with smoked paprika.
- 1 1/2tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2tsp black pepper
Mix all the spices in a bowl and rub the season on your choice of meat.
